The 33rd Annual MomCo Cookies and Craft Fair will be scheduled for November 2025.

Registered Vendors:

• Cancellations made after November 9th are not subject to a refund.

• Only one independent consultant per business is permitted, on a first come first serve basis.

• There will not be a rain date. Outdoor vendors must provide their own tent if needed.

• There is no electrical access outside.

• Lighting in the sanctuary is not ideal. We make it as bright as we can, but encourage you to bring your own lighting if you're concerned about your booth not being bright enough.

• Vendors cannot sell dessert items. Food items must be approved via email - wumcmopsevents@gmail.com

• Vendors are asked to donate 1 item to our Door Prize. Proceeds from the Door Prize go towards MomCo Woodlake and Belmont Food Pantry.

• Vendors can arrive and begin setting up at 7:30am on Saturday morning.

  • After unloading, please park at the furthest ends of the Parking lots to allow plenty of customer parking.

• Tents are NOT ALLOWED for any indoor spaces.

• If you need electricity, please bring extension cords and power strips. We can't guarantee that the outlet will be within your allotted space, but we do our best to have it close by. There is no electrical access for any outdoor spaces.

• If you did not rent a table and still need one, you can reserve one on the registration form here.

• We will be doing a raffle again this year and a portion of the raffle sales will be donated to Belmont Food Pantry! The success of our raffle is made possible by the generous donations of local businesses and from you.

  • If you would like to support our raffle this year, please leave a donation item at the Front Table on Saturday morning or we will have volunteers walking around before the Craft Fair starts to collect any donations.

  • This is by no means a requirement, but we appreciate any donation.

  • Donation receipts are available upon request!

• We encourage you to support KaterCo, our coffee food truck and El Guapo, our lunch food truck on site for coffee and lunch!

• The Women's Ministry from the church will have their bake sale in the front hall as usual!
