34th Annual Cookies & Craft Fair

Vendor Registration will open on August 15th for returning vendors and

September 1st for all vendors!

Registered Vendors:

• Cancellations made after Nov 7th are not subject to a refund.

• Only one independent consultant per business is permitted, on a first come first serve basis.

• There will not be a rain date. Outdoor vendors must provide their own tent if needed.

• There is no electrical access outside.

• Vendors cannot sell dessert items. Food items must be approved via email - wumcmopsevents@gmail.com

• Vendors are asked to donate 1 item to our Door Prize. Proceeds from the Door Prize go towards MomCo Woodlake and ShineForth, our local non-profit partner.

Day of Details

• Vendors can arrive and begin setting up at 7:15am on Saturday morning.

  • After unloading, please move your car to the spaces next to the playground, or the YMCA lot to allow plenty of customer parking.

• Tents are NOT ALLOWED for any indoor spaces.

• If you need electricity, please bring extension cords and power strips. We can't guarantee that the outlet will be within your allotted space, but we do our best to have it close by. There is no electrical access for any outdoor spaces.

• If you did not rent a table and still need one, you can reserve one on the registration form here.

• We will be doing a door prize again this year and a portion of the raffle sales will be used to support ShineForth (formerly United Methodist Family Services)! The success of our raffle is made possible by the generous donations of local businesses and from you.

  • If you would like to support our raffle this year, please leave a donation item at the Front Table on Saturday morning or we will have volunteers walking around before the Craft Fair starts to collect any donations.

  • This is by no means a requirement, but we appreciate any donation.

  • Donation receipts are available upon request!

• We encourage you to support KaterCo, our coffee food truck and purchase lunch from ValerEats, our food truck.

• The Women's Ministry from the church will have their bake sale in the front hall as usual, and cookie sales for vendors will open at 8:30am and will run until the cookies are gone!
