Vendor Registration
We are excited for another successful Cookies & Craft Fair! Last year we had hundreds of attendees, 50 vendors, and spread an immeasurable amount of holiday cheer. This year we are excited to expand our event to include a coffee truck, a food truck, a kids activity room, and photos with Santa!
For the second year in a row, we are thrilled to have Kid Entrepreneurs showcase their unique gifts! Select "Kid Entrepreneur Space" on the registration form, and for $5, you'll have your own space and 6' table provided! (No baked goods permitted.)
Registration is now open! All spaces are designated on a first come first serve basis.
Vendor Details:
Only 1 Direct Marketing representative per brand. As of 8/5, we have representatives from the following companies already registered:

PaperPie (Usborne)
ThirtyOne
Cancellations made after November 9th are not subject to a refund.
Only one independent consultant per business is permitted, on a first come first serve basis.
There will not be a rain date. Outdoor vendors must provide their own tent if needed.
Lighting in the sanctuary is not ideal. We make it as bright as we can, but encourage you to bring your own lighting if you're concerned about your booth not being bright enough.
Vendors cannot sell dessert items. Food items must be approved via email - wumcmopsevents@gmail.com
Vendors are asked to donate 1 item to our Door Prize. Proceeds from the Door Prize go towards MomCo Woodlake and Belmont Food Pantry.
